Tradecorp is privately held and owner-operated. We hold our companies directly and
indefinitely — there is no fund life, no exit clock, and no outside capital to answer to.
Platform Companies
Cornhusker Irrigation
Acquired January 2026
One of the largest single-location Zimmatic dealers in the United States, serving roughly 1,000 farmer
customers, 5,000 center pivots, and more than 700,000 acres across eight counties in
east-central Nebraska — Platte, Merrick, Polk, Butler, Colfax, York, Boone, and Nance.
The business sells and installs new pivots and runs a year-round service operation
covering repair, repiping, pivot inspection, parts, and FieldNET remote monitoring. Six
field technicians work out of a company-owned facility in Columbus. The prior owner
retains an ownership stake and remains our partner in the business and in new ventures.
CircleIQ
Live in production
An agentic operations platform for agricultural service businesses. It answers the
inbound call, troubleshoots or quotes parts, writes the work order, dispatches the tech,
invoices the job, and posts to the general ledger — with the owner choosing where a human
steps in. It is how we run Cornhusker Irrigation today — which is why we can put it in
the hands of anyone running the same kind of operation.

Cornelia Labs
Owner Intelligence System
We partner with founders, family offices, and operating companies to show them what is
actually happening inside their business. Most companies believe they already have the
tools — a CRM, an ERP, a dashboard, maybe an AI pilot. The systems do not talk to each
other, the data never reaches the people making decisions, and the AI sits beside the
operation instead of inside it.
We know because we lived it at Cornhusker and built our way out. We bring that
experience, the tools we built, and a bench of partners across finance and accounting,
ERP and systems integration, operations, legal, and tax. Not consultants — partners
with skin in the game who step in alongside an owner or CEO.

Visual Spray Technologies
Provisional patent filed with the USPTO
There are roughly 300,000 center pivots in the United States and 700,000 worldwide, and
no technology exists to verify that a pivot is applying water the way it was designed
to. Problems surface after the fact — striping, yield loss, a crop that has already
suffered.
Visual Spray uses drone-based computer vision to catch them first. It detects spray
plumes, measures throw distance, maps results to nozzle positions, and produces a
diagnostic report that prices the repair against the yield at risk.
